Form Tabs suddenly start shown tabs as lists!

Hi!

Suddenly my Form Tabs starts showing as lists. Earlier I was using these forms independently but a week ago, I have embedded these forms in a Google Site.

Still the forms were behaving normally. But today they start showing the Tabs as lists! I tried to delete the Form Tab widget and re-insert and also I deleted the form from the Google Site and re-inserted. But nothing helps.

Even when I show them independently, I still gets the tabs as list not as tabs. Is there something wrong with my account as I had my free quota almost nearing end?

I noticed that you have created separate threads for the same issue. I have already escalated this issue to our development team on your previous thread. You can check it here. There might be a problem with the Form Tab widget but rest assured that this is not related to your account's submission limit.
