I try to click the "cancel" button on the account details screen, but it goes to Plimus and Plimus is not recognising my email address at all. I was happy for the first month of subscription to come out but I do not want the second month. I may want to use it again in the future, but just not right now.

We apologize for this inconvenience. At the moment. we have no billing portal as our priorities are focused on making our product better. That's why we outsource our billing operations to Plimus and Paypal.
Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original Plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email. https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1. That will reset your password and you can then login there to change your account information/status.
But you don't need to do this, I have canceled your subscription for you. You won't get charged again. Your account will stay Premium until January 7, 2012. Feel free to resubscribe anytime you wish.

That was very quick work, thanks guys! I really liked the product and found it very easy to use, I just don't need it right now. Thanks - very likely I'll upgrade to the premium again in the future.
