Your email address had been put on the bounce list I have removed it from the list and you should be able to receive the emails, kindly test your form again.

The address email@example.com is not on the bounce list.
The email logs indicate that notifications have been sent successfully to the address, kindly endure that they are not being flagged as SPAM in your inbox.
Were you trying to attach a screenshot as a follow-up to this issue?
You've posted what appears to be a screenshot - "content://media/external/file/444"
Otherwise, if that's not the case then please explain more if needed or safely disregard my response about it.
