To my understanding you said your form's forward and reply emails aren't working.
Where are you trying to forward and reply to them from? From within viewing your form submissions themseslves? Or are you trying to forward and reply to them from your email account instead? Or?
Can you please elaborate more of this issue on where you are trying to forward and reply from so that we can assist you with this issue more accurately?
I checked your email notification and that looks okay.
Additionally, if you are attempting to do this from within your submission viewer then please note you can only send a couple per hour there as our server limits this to prevent abuse whereas in the email notification you received that is different.
I am not receiving the submissions from our website when our staff are entering notes and they are not receiving the confirmation.

I checked your email alerts and found you have both a notifier and an autoresponder. Both appear set up properly as far as I can see from our end.
When I checked your email notification I found the email address you had listed there ended up in our bouncelist which was the reason you were not receiving anymore notifications for it.
Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 The content of this message looked like spam.
This happened because your email provider marked our emails as spam. I've removed it but you may need to have your email host whitelist jotform to prevent that issue from happening again. Also, you can refer to this guide here for extra help.
As for your clients receiving the autoresponder email for their confirmation I would suggest that you have them check their spam folder. It most likely ended up in there otherwise they would have to do the same thing if they aren't receiving it either.
