I am getting form submissions to my email but they do not show on the website.

    When someone submits info in my form it is sent to my email address but when I log into jotform it says I have 0 entries. What is going on? I cannot access my completed forms.

    Please log into you JotForm account at https://secure.jotform.com and check for you submissions there.

    Sometimes it can take a little time for submissions from secure forms to replicate onto www.jotform.com

    Let us know if you have any problems with that.

    I can now see the submissions but now I can't see the photos that people submitted. It shows that it is there but it won't expand when I click on the link to the photo.

    Hi,

    I was able to view the images without problem, some of it has higher pixels that's why it loads a little bit slower but you should be able to view it. Can you please try to browse it on different browsers? I am using Chrome Browser, you can check my screen below:

    It was the browser. For some photos when I click on the link it asks to download it instead of just viewing it in the browser. Kinda weird but at least I can see them. It wasn't doing anything for my in Chrome. It works in Firefox.
