I currently have two free accounts in jotforms. Want to upgrade to paid version and merge accounts.

Essentially, we have account for secure data and one account for general form data. If I bring all the forms under 1 account, can we still limit who can see which forms and which sets of data?

    Hi,

By setting up sub-users, you can indeed control who gets to see/edit which forms and submissions:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

If you would like, we can move the forms from one of your accounts to the other to consolidate them into a single account.  Let us know from the account you would like the form moved out of that you would like them moved, as well as the username of the account you would like them moved to and we will be happy to take care of it for you.

Yes can you please move the forms from volunteer@gsdakotahorizons.org to jenebo@gsdakotahorizons.org?

    Thanks,

    Jay

I have moved the forms from your account to the account "jenebo" associated with the email address you referenced.  If there is anything else we can help you with, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
