Received your "upgrade" email but do I need to reply if happy with the FREE service?

    DO not receive many Jot Form emails, but with this "upgrade" 'email I now realise I don't/can't remember the original agreement....

    Can you advise please?

    If you are happy with the free service, there is no need to reply to the email.
