    How can I retrieve my company's JotForm credentials?

    Hi there, 

    I have recently started at Ideas Britain, which has a jotform in action on our website here: http://ideasbritain.com/insport.html


    which leads here http://form.jotformeu.com/form/43562471594360


    We have previously used JotForm for other campaigns. 


    the problem is that a predecessor of mine set up the account and I can't get in to the admin side of it. I have also submitted two test entries and I'm not sure to what company email they go. 


    Please help as soon as you can!

    The username associated with your form is "ideasbritain" and the email address for password reset purposes is "ryan.lavoine@ideasbritain.com".  If you are still unable to recover your account with that information, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

    Thanks David, 

    Unfortunately I tried following the password reset instructions for ryan.lavoine - but nothing came to his email, including SPAM folder.

    I have recently run some test submissions through our JotForm, but nothing at all is coming from JotForm through to his email address. 

    Any help at all would be much appreciated!

    Hi Ally,


    I checked our mail logs and I see that the forgot password email was not sent successfully to the email ryan.lavoine@ideasbritain.com because the email was on our bounce list. I have removed the email on our bounce list and resend the Forgot Password email. Please confirm if you have received the email.


    We will wait for your response.
