I would like to cancel my subscription

    Hi,

    I checked our records and it looks like you have a PayPal based subscription.  Subscription cancellation for PayPal are not yet automated and must be done manually, this can take a bit of time:

    You can refer to these instructions to cancel it in your PayPal Account if you wish for it to be immediate:

    (1) Login to your Paypal Account

    (2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    (3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

    (4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

    Thank you…no clue on the site that Interlogy LLC is the business name to look for. But finally figured it out.
