Overlapping text inside of PDF report

Hello, we are experiencing problem with the form to .pdf function on some of our longer forms.  We have been using this particular form for the past two years, and have not encountered this issue until now.  We were able to download the forms as .pdfs as recently as last month with no issues.  Now the pages are coming out jumbled up and unreadable.  This is problematic for us as we need to share the .pdf versions of these forms with constituents outside our organization who do not have access to the form data in the user section.

Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you.

I have created PDF report from this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32194733553961 and I was able to reproduce mentioned problem.

However when I cloned your form and created PDF report of my cloned form I was not able to reproduce mentioned issue.

I have clear form cache on your account but that did not help. Probably there is and issue with length of text inside of your text area field.

I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    Hello,

It seems that you had a saved custom PDF design active which caused the layout issues. First I deleted the design and had a consistent, fine PDF output. Then I went ahead and created a custom design for you to make matrix fields fit better into 3 static pages -with auto-hide disabled.

Please take a look to your submission PDF. You might like to keep it this way, or just delete (or modify) the layout via Get PDF -> Customize PDF -> Reset in order to use the standard layout.

I hope it works for you.

    Kind regards
