We have two different Jotform accounts for different locations. On one account we have several forms and on the other we just have two. On the one with several we have stopped receiving notifications. We have changed the sending address to firstname.lastname@example.org and to email@example.com with no change. We also added all the jotform domains to our server whitelist. Still not receiving notifications. The messages are there in Jotform, but no notification.
The other account with just two forms is sending notifications fine with the same reply to.
What else could be the issue with that account?

Please tell us which forms and jotform account have the issue.
I have checked the forms under your jotform account bria
but I did not find issue with the 2 forms. The sent email logs shows submission emails were sent successfully to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
I suggest you login to the other account that has many forms and post your question using this link http://www.jotform.com/contact/
