Account Overlimit: Almost Out of Space error - why?

    Hello!

We received a notification that we were almost out of space on our free account.

We just started using Jotforms a week ago.  The pricing says the "Free" plan allows for 100mb.  I'm not sure how to track down how we could be out of space?  We only have 11 submissions and none of them request any files, only text information.

Under our account also the "Space" portion says 0 out of 100mb.

The form also completely disappeared from our website although the code should be functioning.

    Thanks!

The message is about your secure SSL submissions - on a free plan, you can receive only up to 10 secure SSL submissions or payments per month. You have used all 10 of your secure submissions for this month, so your account has gone over the limit and your forms have been temporarily disabled.

If you did not intend to receive secure submissions, please make sure that you disable the secure option for the future - and re-embed your forms if they were embedded with the secure links.

The counters reset on the first day of each month, which means that your forms will become accessible again in about 18 days. You can also upgrade your account to be able to receive more than 10 secure submissions per month.

Please let us know if we can assist you further, and we will be happy to help.
