I understand that you want to change the recipient email address for the notification on your JotForm. Please follow the steps below :
1. Click on Emails icon and then click on Notification to open Email setup wizard
2. Click on Reply-To and Recipient settings button
3. Change the email address in the Recipient email field
4. Finish the wizard and save your JotForm.
