The format of the website is completely off. I cannot access my applications.

It is likely you are both having the same issue. If either of you is using Trend Micro anti-virus/malware, this software is throwing false positives when loading some of our resources. This is causing these resources to be blocked. We have informed Trend of this but they are quite slow to do anything.
