i paid for premium, space hasn't been increased yet

    Upon checking your account I was able to see the increase in the quota limits which is applicable to a Premium subscription. Can you please try to re-login to your JotForm account? You should then see the increase in the limits.

    As of the moment the current status displayed in your JotForm account shows the following information:

    Secure SSL submissions:  0 of 1000 used

    Submissions:  73 of 1000 used

    Upload space: 18.21MB of 10GB used

    Payment submissions: 0 of 1000 used
