If I have 21 submissions in just this month, why has my form been disabled stating I have reached my limit?

Based on the starter plan it says 100 submissions per month.  I only have 21.  What is the problem?

The 100 monthly submission limits for FREE accounts refers only to regular submission. 

It is possible to exceed the limit even if just 10 submissions -- that is if the submissions are SSL or Payment type.

I also checked your subscripiton account, and I can see that you had already upgraded to the paid plan.

As is now, the account is Active and in good standings. The expanded limit of the paid account had resolve the issue of your previous exceeded SSL submission limit.
