I would also like help with this. My form is to subscribe to the autoship of one product and the product info is being passed to the description field when it would be much better to have the customer's name passed to that field.
The answer above mentions a custom field but I do not see that. Also, how would that work with each customer having a different name?

It seems that the custom field option is removed from the Stripe payment wizard. Since there is no custom field option, it is not possible to pass a field to our JotForm at the moment.
Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. You'll be notified though this thread if there is any update on the issue.

We updated our integration to send credit card owner's full name as the description for the customer entry on Stripe.

This change has negatively impacted our monthly donation signup form, as our bookkeeper relied on the contents of the description field in the stripe export to indicate which subscription package was chosen. Stipe already knows the name of the subscriber, so I'm not sure why you made this change.
