Notification email

    I am not receiving notification emails when clients are submitting bids. Are you having issues with other people / accounts? 

    I included one of the addresses below so you can look into it.

    Have you checked the bulk/spam/junk mail folders for the missing emails? If you still can't find them, please specify the email addresses to which the notifications fail to arrive. Also, include the forms involved in this problem so we can investigate and fix any problems found.

    I did not locate them in either bulk/spam. They were coming to me for about 6 months striat and just last week they didn't copy me. 

     

    The forms include Seattle PMI, Nashville PMI, Kansas City PMI. 

     

    I doulbe checked my email notificaiton. Not sure if my Gmail is filtering it now that there is a "new" look.

    It appears that your e-mail address is in our bounced list. I will forward this issue to our developers to have the address removed from our server's bounced list.

    Meanwhile, kindly check with your server administrator as to why JotForm emails are being bounced back, although I have a feeling that it has something to do with your notification settings.

    Your notifications use the value entered in the form's email address field as the "Sender E-mail". Some mail servers use DomainKey spam protection which rejects emails that pretend as if they came from a certain domain.

    Try changing the Sender E-mail to "noreply@jotform.com".

    I'm also experiencing the same thing. It was working before January 1, 2012. But since January 1, we are not receiving any notifications any more. Please let me know if the email addresses on our saved conditions are also on your bounce list.

    The email addresses end with '@pioneer.com.ph'

    Hello Gian,

    I do not see your *@pioneer.com.ph email addresses in our bounced list. If the issue still persists, please create a separate thread about the problem.
