I am trying to upgrade to premium and can't get to the page that allows me to pay.

    Hello William,

    Your subscription payment went through and your account is now on Premium status. Do you still have any problems with regard to this matter?

    If your account is not showing up as Premium, try to log out first, clear your browser cache then log in again.
