    Could you please let us know which form is this happening to, so that we can better check into the issue?

    If you are looking for a way to have upload fields on your form, you can add them as described in our guide on How to create upload forms.

    I hope this helps. If you are already using the upload field, please let us know which form is having the issue, and we will be happy to take a look into what may be wrong with uploading images.

    @paulodomingues

    Thanks for your reply. Could you please give us a little more details about what you mean on this line?

    "I have a apk for mobile and put the button to upload images"

    You mean to say you have embedded the form on a mobile app? Or on a webpage? If yes, what embed code did you use? Try it with iframe and see if that helps. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Also, some mobile browsers does not support the multiple file upload tool or even the native ones. You may try using Ink File Picker widget instead. Here's a step by step guide https://www.jotform.com/help/218-How-to-Take-Pictures-on-Your-Forms. On step 3, select which services you want to include on the file upload field not the webcam.

    If none of these helps, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    @paulodomingues

    Sorry but that's something out of Jotform's capability. You may however download your form source code so you can do further customization with your form. http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    Please be reminded that in order for the form to work properly in terms of functionality, it should be loaded on a browser. Embedding a form on an android app may have its certain limits and may affect the form to work properly.

    Thanks!
