Someone submitted 100 files and exceeded my limit. I received an email from you that said the form would be deactivated this monday. I have since deleted those submissions, and I'm curious if my form will be disabled or not since I deleted the files.
This is for a non-profit company. Are there any discounts for this if I need to upgrade?
Let me know. thanks.Page URL:

Yes, deleting your submissions with file uploads on it will free up your File Storage limit, but your submissions count will remain the same until the next monthly reset which is scheduled every first day of the month.
Your forms account/forms won't be disabled now, but not unless you will reach your account submissions limit again. Guest/Free accounts are limited to 100 regular submissions per month, 10 payment submissions per month and 10 secure submissions per month and 100MB of file storage.
As for the discounts, unfortunately, we don't have it for now. But if there's any, I'm sure our management will let everyone know about it.
