When an individual hits submit, I get 4 responses of the same application. How do I rectify this and cut it down to one?Page URL:

Thank you for contacting it us. When your form is submitted, only one submission is received. However you have four notification emails set-up on your form. As such all four notifications are sent to you.
You would need to delete the additional notification email to only get one alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
