Cannot change Sender Name

    Hi There,


    I cannot change the sender name from Jotform to "Perfect Locks".


    Can you please tell me how to do this on my contact form? I just don't see the option.

    Hi Gautama,

    The sender name for your email notification can only be set to JotForm or a field that is within your form, for example the name your user enters on the form. As the email is being sent to you, the option for your name isn't there.

    However for auto-reponser, emails sent to your users, you are able to type in the sender name.
