I have a free account that I used to create a form. I created a subaccount for someone in my club. They paid for an account on their subaccount. Their payment does not transfer into my account. How can I get the form I created under their paid account?

    Hello dyeazel,

I did check your account and found that you have added a sub user account with email address "akgjag1@hotmail.com" which is upgraded to premium plan.

Please be noted that submission limits of paid plans will only applied to account which is upgraded. It won't be applied to your account / master account. Forms needs to be shared and then only you will be able to access those forms.

Here are the steps I would suggest you:

#1. Please remove the email address akgjag1@hotmail.com you have added as sub user account.

#2. The paid account user needs to add you as sub user account and share the desired form with you.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
