Why do my notificaiton emails keep ending up in my SPAM folder? How do I resolve this issue?

     This issue is usually related to how email service filter what they deem is spam email. 

    As regards your options:

    1) You could change the Sender Email of your notifications to noreply@jotform.com and add that email address to your 'safe senders' list.


    2) have your email provider 'whitelist' JotForms' email servers. Their addresses are :,,,,
