This issue is usually related to how email service filter what they deem is spam email.
As regards your options:
1) You could change the Sender Email of your notifications to email@example.com and add that email address to your 'safe senders' list.
2) have your email provider 'whitelist' JotForms' email servers. Their addresses are : 22.214.171.124,126.96.36.199,188.8.131.52,184.108.40.206,220.127.116.11
