If I am on the free plan, and my form usage goes over the limit, will I receive a notification to upgrade? Will the form become inoperable until then?

This is for a photo contest, and there is no way to know how many people will submit, how many they will submit, or the size of their image (some may be a professional's huge image, while some might just be off a cell phone).
