    Issues with Loose Check

Asked by oudelt on August 15, 2015 at 08:50 PM

I am using my form for attendance so I would like to re-use it each week instead of duplicating it. I am also using loose check verification on the form so people can't sign each other in. When I delete all of the old submissions to reset the form, I am still blocked from entering a new submission (even though I cleared the old data). Is there anything I can do to reset the loose check list so that people can re-enter their names each week?

From what I understand about your issue you are trying to simplify it so that you can reset your form's applied submission limits each week.

First, Is this http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52267784956977 the form you are using for it? I only found one form in your current account.

Second, I see that even though you've cleared out the form submission data your form is manually disabled which means even though you've cleared out the data the form is still inaccessible til you manually enable it again.

Also, please note that the "Loose Check" is cookie-based which means it relies on the information stored in the browser cache and would need to be cleared if unable to access it still and that should resolve it at that point.
