How can I move my form from guest to user?

    Hi I've created my form from guest. And now that I've checked it again, it was gone. I don't know if it's about deleted cookies or what. Now, I want it to transfer in my account to avoid losing it again next time. This is the URL of my form, http://www.facebook.com/yourstrulyphilippines?sk=app_684336108254110.     Hello,

    As of checking the form on your facebook account, the said form can be found in your account. Simply chck the My Forms button above and you be directed to the page where you can find the list of forms you have created.  But if you are referring to another form, if you can share with us the link to the form that is published, we'll be able to locate the account and merge it with yours.
