How do I format the predefined text that I set up?

I made a large text area in my form and setup some conditions that allow radio buttons to load certain predefined text in the text area.  When I first typed this predefined text into the conditions, I had it formatted with paragraph breaks and indentations, but when I finished and saved everything, all the paragraph breaks and indentations went away and it become one really long run-on paragraph.  How do I fix that?  See form at: http://www.magiclandletters.com/pages/custom-letter-santa

You can do that by adding a <br/> tag on your condition like this:

Putting a <br/> tag before a word will make that word move to the next line. Then add spaces before that word also to create an indentation.

Doing so will result to this:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
