Hi there,i want to cancel my premium jotform account today. However, by clicking on cancel it brings me to a Plimus page that doesn't recognise my username and email address.
My username is: eywPlease let me know when the account is cancelled.

For some reason, I couldn't find your subscription's information on our payment gateway, Plimus. To further help you with this, may we ask for your order reference number of one of your payment receipts so that we can locate it in our 3rd party payment gateway's database.
Please reply here asap so we can move and cancel your JotForm subscription for you. Thanks in advance.

As requested, we have already cancelled your JotForm Premium subscription. You will no longer be billed again unless you upgrade once again in the future. Your account will remain Premium until the paid period expires which is on January 01, 2012.
Your forms and data will remain intact when your account downgraded to a free one.
