    Hello ValdezMAR15,

I did test your embedded form and I was unable to submit the form. I was not able to process to the payment page. But when I tested your form with its direct URL, it seems to work as expected. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you in grabbing your  form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

In reading the instruction it says that every time I change the form the code changes. When I move the form to my site its a long skinny form that I have to resize and it changes the form so it doesn't work. I tried to change the iFrame code in the box but it doesn't allow me to do it. What do I try next?

    Hello Victor,

Please use the following iFrame embed code and see if this solves your problem:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/51864640961158" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1200px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
