Can you please help me with my form?

I have created a form but when it loads initially my customers fill the form but cannot submit it. Its until they refresh and fill out again that they can register.  Please help.

I did test your embedded form and I was unable to submit the form. I was not able to process to the payment page. But when I tested your form with its direct URL, it seems to work as expected. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. In reading the instruction it says that every time I change the form the code changes. When I move the form to my site its a long skinny form that I have to resize and it changes the form so it doesn't work. I tried to change the iFrame code in the box but it doesn't allow me to do it. What do I try next?
