auto-populating fields with senders info?

Sometimes we create forms that a parent will have to complete for more than 1 child (but we do not want multiple kids on one form). is there a setting so that when the complete the form a second or 3rd time the previous info the entered will automatically autofill? Like their address, phone, email, etc.

You can enable the form auto-fill feature where the entered data is saved on the browsers session and auto fills the form when it is accessed
