    Autoresponder text not updating?

    Hi guys :) I've encountered a strange problem. I just updated a line of text in the autoresponder for one of our forms, and when I send a test email to myself I can see the updated text, but when I submit the form I'm still getting the old text (see attached screenshot).

    I've tried testing in a new browser on empty cache but no luck, the autoresponder just keeps showing the old text.

    Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Is there a workaround other than re-creating the autoresponder from scratch?

    Hi Harmony,

    I have tested your form and I was able to received the updated message as you have explained above. Please check my screen below:

     

    Can you please resaved the form and then recheck if everything is working fine now?

    Hi Idarktech, thanks for your quick reply!

    That's really weird, it definately appears to be working then but for some reason we're still getting the old message. Might be a server caching issue or something simlar.

    SOLUTION
    Copied the html from the old autoresponder email, deleted it, and made a new one. Fixed :)

    This issue was probably related to databases replication between www.jotform.com and secure.jotform.com. We are happy to hear that the problem is solved.
