Default date is incorrect

    The default date we set for the Contact Us form is CURRENT. I just note that this works well until 10 July 2015. All dates on the Contact Us forms that we received after that date showed 18 March 2015.

    Please investigate and advise.

    Hi,

    I checked the form of your Contact Us page and I didn't find any error. When I look the form on JotForm or preview the form, the date is showing the current date. At this point I suggest you to embed the source code of the form, again. If it won't work, please contact us again.
