Is it possible to have JotForm auto-delete submissions after given criteria? E.g. it would be nice to be able to have JotForm auto-delete submissions that are x days old. Or maybe delete the oldest submissions when the storage limit is reached.

Thank you for posting your inquiry, eicom.
This feature is not yet available at the moment. Each submission would somehow be important to the owner of the form, so it is preferred to have the submission be manually deleted by the form owner.
Also, you can store an unlimited number of submissions in your account if you are referring to just the submissions.
But none the less, let me forward a feature request regarding this feature that you are looking for. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a definite time frame to when this feature will be available or when will this be considered for implementation. But once this feature has been implemented, we'll let you know.

Ok. Thank you for your reply.
You say that I can store an unlimited number submissions if I am referring to just the submissions. The forms in question is used for file upload, so I guess that at some point the account will run out of storage space, if the submissions are never deleted?
Does JotForm send an e-mail to the account admin when all of the space is close to be used?

Whenever an account reaches the quota limits an email notification is sent out before the forms are disabled this is to give time to free up the space or upgrade to the next subscription level.

Great. That's the info I needed :-)
And please forward a feature request regarding auto-deletion on the basis of different criteria.
