Can you still extend the JotForm special membership price that ended on the 15th?

    We can't extend the old pricing once it gets updated, but our colleagues from the marketing department have not yet switched over to the new pricing - the new pricing will come in effect within a few hours.

    If you wish to upgrade with the old discounted pricing, please do so now. Once the pricing has been changed, you will only be able to upgrade with the new prices.

    I would also like to point out the following two things:

    1. When your subscription is active, it will remain at the pricing that was used while making that subscription. So if you upgrade at our special pricing, this pricing will remain active for you for as long as you do not change your subscription and allow for timely payments, even years after.

    2. You are now on the Economy Yearly subscription, at the price of $199.5 / year. We have noticed that you had cancelled this subscription which was paid today, which means that you would be downgraded back to the free plan once the yearly package has run out. As I believe that you had cancelled it by accident, we have re-activated your subscription.

    To remain on your Economy Yearly plan, you do not need to do anything else. Your credit card will be charged automatically by our system at the middle of August each year, for the price of $199.5 / year.

    If you actually do want to cancel your subscription, you can do so easily from the Billing tab of your Account page. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
