How to add a fillable text box next to a check boxAsked by Rebecka58 on August 17, 2015 at 08:20 AM
I need to be able to have the customer add their own text if they select one of our non-stock products. The heading of that particular item will be 'Quartz - Other manufacturer'
It should look like this:
Quartz - Other manufacturer (text box to right of this verbiage where they can fill in product name)
How do I do this?
You just have to enable the "Allow Other" option. It is on the top toolbar on the check box properties.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
This I did know. What I need is to be able to add a fillable text box on the same line as the
(checked) ‘Quartz - Other’
I’ve attached a screenshot of what I need. The ‘Add the text box here’ is where I need to be able to add a fillable text box for the customer to fill in what manufacturer they’re looking for as the ‘other’.
Is this possible to do?

A simple workaround can be adding additional text boxes to the form and display them only when these "Other" options are selected by using a condition.
Please see the demo form below.

Hope this information helps!
