Can't find the form I made

    Hello,

     

    Ik created a form named 'Lekkerrr Beverst' which is (luckily)  still online url: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52086555096967. (as it is suposed to be).

     

    I can't find back the admin of this form using my username 'scalabeverst'...  What do I do wrong.

     

    Can you please help me. Is't urgent !

    I have checked your guest account and I see that you have upgraded your guest account. You should first create free account and then upgrade it to premium plan. 

    Now you should create a new (free) account and then we can move your form and your subscription to your new (free) account.

    Hi,

    Could you try logging out to your account.

    I've checked your username "Scalabeverst" and the form titled "Lekker Beverst" is now in that account. You should see it under the "My Forms" list.

    Let us know if you are still having problems on this.
