PayPal tools have disappeared from ALL of our FORMS

    The online payment option has completely disappeared from all of our forms!!! Customers are enrolling for classes and NOT PAYING!!!

    Please help quickly...

    Payment widget has disappeared from all of our forms.  We are using  

    Many of our forms are down.   The notification is:  Form Failed There was an error on V8


    This one has no notification and goes to the page but the payment information section is gone!!!

    Yes Authorize not working! All previous payments aren't showing up on Submissions either.

    Not only is it not working, it has completely vanished from our forms online and within the build section on JotForm itself. It will take us hours to rebuild all of the options that were included in these 5 separate enrollment forms!!!

    Thank you all for notifying us of this. Our developers have already resolved part of the issue, which should allow you to add payment tools to your form, but they are working on restoring everything back, so please do not add the payment tools to the forms manually. If needed you can make the clone of the form and add them there (on the new forms).

    If that would not work, I would suggest disabling the forms if the payment is a big part of the form. You can do that by following the steps here:  How to Change the Status of Forms

    I will however raise this to our developers so as soon as there is any update we will let you know about it through this and your own threads.

    Thanks Ben. All of my old form people, I'm missing their payment information on the submission tab (results). Hopefully that is fixed.

    The issue has been partially resolved, so a new payment processing tool can be added, but my suggestion is to only add it to the forms where it was not there before, or if you are adding it to a new form.

    For all older forms, please use Form Revision tool: How to View Form Revision History

    Doing it like that will result in the data being shown in the Submissions Panel.

    @openstudiospress, please do revert back as well, so that the data is associated to the payment tool, otherwise it would not be - as you have noticed.

    Thanks Ben. I've gone through all of our forms and restored them to previous versions,

    except one which was never changed and now needs to be rebuilt. 

    Why did this happen? 

    Between this happening and the Submission Value Error issue last week this seems like two major problems in a short span of time. Thoughts?

    We're in the middle of our busiest season and I need to know I can rely on this service that we pay for.

    We are also in our busy season as well.   What part of the matter has been fixed exactly? 

    Our forms are still down.   What can I do to get them up?

    We had an E-blast scheduled to go out early this morning to over 5,000 people and organizations... of which 30 of them have shared out on social networks.    We are looking really bad right now.

    This is our most important form    How do I get it up!!

    Do I add a new payment widget to it?  Do I clone the form?  What do I do!  The links must still be the same because they are already out to the public.   PLEASE HELP!!

    It is true that there were few issues happening lately, I am glad however that they were all resolved, usually in a very quick manner.

    Now, we want to have the service running all the time and not have any issues with it, but as with everything, some specific configuration that was either not tested, or that does not fit any of the rules in the code will cause some issues.

    Fortunately we are tracking everything that is done and what is the issue so that we can quickly resolve them and make sure that the same issue does not happen again (even if it might seem same).

    Now hopefully this will not be happening any further and that you will be able to enjoy your work :)

    Now, the part that was fixed is in regards to adding the payment tools to the forms and to be able to use the payment tools on your forms.

    We however did not restore the form for you - to its previous version where the payment tool was still on it, so I would advise that you do that part manually, since you would be familiar with what changes you might need to re-do again (if any).

    So, no, you should not add new payment tools on it, but instead revert to the version that had them on. Unless you did not have any submissions on your forms so far, the benefit of the reverting would be that it would mostly be already set up.
