    Why has Authorize.net info disappeared from my form?

    I have had two forms embedded on a site for several months and as of this morning the authorize.net payment information is not pulling in.

    So it is just displaying the normal form questions and none of the payment options.

    Initially I got an error that said "Form failed. There was an error on V8. Please try again." So I went into my forms to check and the payment fields had disappeared.

    I can confirm this as an issue and I have already notified our developers in regards to this.

    I will also raise this thread to them and as soon as this is resolved we will update you about it through this thread.

    I hope we won't have to recreate the payment fields- they should be able to restore those, right?

    Yes, that should be the case, so I would suggest not to re-create them at this point - just to be safe.

    You can disable the forms however if you wish that no one can access them until this is sorted through by following the steps here: How to Change the Status of Forms

    All of our forms are also missing PAYPAL Wizard...rebuilding these will take hours and hours!!!

    I should note that the submissions are effected, so hopefully that is full restored with results.

    I've changed the form before I discovered there was an issue. I want to revert the form but my archive is blank. 


    Hopefully these two issues can be fixed as well. I have a live payment submission period and customers are calling.

    I wanted to update you that the issue is now resolved, but instead of adding new payment processors, please do use revision history option instead: How to View Form Revision History

    Doing that will cause your submission data to be shown again, while if you add the new field, there might be some issues.

    So please do try using the form revision tool and let us know how it goes, while our developers are still looking into the issue and how to restore it for everyone.

    I am suggesting the guide above, since that would allow you to quickly revert back at this time and avoid waiting until it is done for you.
