I created and set up 3 payment forms using the authorize.net payment tool/form as an option. Now for 2, the authorize.net portion - with the products, prices, billing information has completely disappeared. I did not delete or remove these products. And for the third, all information on the form is gone.
I noticed something was wrong because the forms were no longer showing up on the wordpress website I created. Then when I logged into my jotform account and looked at each form, I then saw the product portion of the form was gone and then checking the form embed code, that the id's had changed. Thus explaining why the form was not displaying on my website.
Now, I tried starting over to create the authorize.net payment form, when I click on the link, no form is inserted, only the words "authorize.net."
I spent alot of time creating these payment forms - adding products with multiple options, editing and adding text - and it is frustrating that
1) they are gone and the function no longer seems to be working,
2) the new website I created is up and running and my client can not except payments and to add insult to injury I have to try and explain what the problem is and it makes me look bad
3) there seems to be no way to fix it now.
The 2 forms that remain where the payment portion is gone are: Donations, Valor Awards.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.

Thank you for notifying us.
Our developers are working on this and the issue should be resolved soon.
Please do not make any further changes to the form until we update you that the issue is resolved - just to be on safe side.
I do believe however that our developers will resolve this shortly.

We are having the same problem at https://secure.jotform.us/FineArtsMatter/Cobb_County_Enrollment
PayPal Wizard has completely disappeared from 5 forms!!!
THIS IS THE THIRD MAJOR ISSUE WITH JOTFORM DURING OUR ENROLLMENT SEASON IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS!!!

We apologize for issues, but our developers have already resolved the issue (to a certain extent).
The reason why I say to certain extent is because you can create new forms that will accept payments without any issues and you can revert to the working version of your form by following the steps here: How to View Form Revision History
Alternative to reverting is to wait for our developers to do this for you, but I can not give you any estimation on how long that would take.
Do let us know how it goes.
