Can we move our forms from one account to other account?

A previous co-worker setup our parish account (sshirley) here at St. Brendan's Catholic Church and is no longer here. Now, all our links have her name (sshirley). How is the best way to get her name off these forms? Can we move all our forms to a new account that is not specific to a name?

I am not sure which links have name (sshirley). Can you please provide us those links so that we can better understood your issue and to see if it is possible to change that name?

If you want to move your forms to other account, we can do it for you. You need to provide us name (ID) of the forms you want to move and you need to provide us username of account to which you want those forms to be moved.

When I go to the "embed link" for all the forms that are created in our church account, there is her username (which happens to be her name). I really don't want to be sending out links with her name associated with the forms. 

Is there a way that you can change the User Name and Password for our account?
