I have checked your account and you have 106 submissions. As a free user you have limit of 100 submissions/month. Because you have reached your monthly limit your form will be disabled. For free user submission counter is reset first of each month.

You mentioned that you are sub account user of your co-worker's account. However considering that forms are created on your account submissions are also connected to your account.
Also what you can do is to move your forms to your co-worker's account and than he/she can share those forms with you. If you want to move forms to other account you need to provide us name (ID) of the forms you want to move and you need to provide us username of account to which you want those forms to be moved.
