Can I hard copy a form on my computer?

I need to be able to have a form filled out without internet conection. is taht posible?

We do not have offline forms, but it is actually possible to download a form as a fillable PDF file which can be later filled and saved offline with PDF reader software (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit PDF Reader, etc). You can also submit filled PDF entries to JotForm when the internet connection is available.

Unfortunately this doesn't help me. I need to be able to use the form to make a spreadsheet that can be populated into a database and then printed.
