Revision tool does not show an option about the payment integration removal so it has to be rebuilt

except one which was never changed and now needs to be rebuilt. 

I am glad to hear that you were able to revert back most of the forms.

Can you please tell us what is the one that you are having issues with?

I would only like to mention that if you did not have any payments over it, you can simply add it manually to your form.

The revision is useful because your setup is back and the submitted payment data is there as well, but if the submissions were not there, then adding it manually would work.
