Form submission issue

    My forms are supposed to be submitted to sperr********@bex.net. I have tried to submit the form to myself twice and it is not coming through. Any suggestions...

    I see that there is no recipient email address added in the notification to send the email and hence you are not receiving any emails. I've added your email address in the recipient email field. I've sent a test submission to see if it is sent to your email address and it was delivered successfully form our end.
