This form has been having glitches all day. We need it to be active and functioning, as we are accepting payments for an upcoming event.
First, someone got this message when they tried to click on it: "Form failed There was an error on V8. Please try again"
Then, the form was visible, but the payment block mysteriously disappeared. I got two registrations during that time where the user was able to submit the form and didnt see the payment block. I went into jotform and it wasn't there and then just appeared when I refreshed the page. See attached screen shot after it says "Or:" where is says "Click to Edit" normally has the persons payment details.
Now, we are getting this error:Error during transactionThe merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
Please go back and fix thisPlease advise!!

You are correct, there were a few issues happening today - all resolved now. The issue is that your payment processing tool did actually disappear from your form today and was restored for you - when the issue was resolved.
This might have however caused your payment processing tool to not work as before, which is why you are getting:
Error during transaction
The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
Do check out your payment tool and make sure that you are using the right API keys.
