We had a free account and went to upgrade it to premium using the sale. However, my credit card was charged $9.95 and it appears we didn't get the sale price. It also shows on the pricing page that we're signed up for premium, but at $9.95/month.
How do we fix this so we get the sale price?

Our sale price is only available for yearly and bi-yearly subscription plans. You must have chosen the monthly plan that is why your account was subscribed to $9.95 per month.
If you wish to avail of the discounted yearly or bi-yearly plan, I will have to cancel your existing subscription and refund your payment so you can upgrade again.

I have cancelled your subscription and issued a refund for the amount paid. Expect the refund to reflect on your credit card account in about a week or two.
Click here to upgrade again, this time, choosing the correct plan.
