I'm missing fields when I get my submissions in my inbox.

It's the strangest thing but I noticed that every time I get a submission from my prequalification form, vital information would be missing. The fields that are missing are required too. When I fill the form out myself to test it, it works perfectly. It won't let me continue without filling out required fields and when I do, the submission is sent straight to my inbox with no problem. What is going on?

    Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience. It's possible that the user filled out the form using a very old or outdated browser, at the same time the embed code you used is the default embed script code, there might be a code conflict between your website and the form that added to this problem.

Could you try using the iFrame embed code instead. After that, you can also try adding the following to your form:

    1. Using the NoScript widget, this will notify the user if Javascript is not enabled on their end.

    2. Follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/234-How-to-Catch-User-s-Browser-Info. This will collect the browser info from the user, the next time we get a blank value on a required field, we will know on what device and browser it happens.

For now, please do try the steps I mentioned, especially the iFrame embed code, that should prevent any code conflict and should fix the problem.

    We'll wait for your response.
