I am not receiving an email alert when a form is submitted?

    At this stage, it is tucked at the bottom of an old webpage whilst I test it (see below). I have added a second email and had one message once saying "undeliverable"? and then nothing. So far I have not received an email on the gmail account (first test about an hour ago)

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've cloned your form and made a test submission using a gmail account. I was able to receive a notification email.  Can you please check your spam folder and add noreply@jotform.com to your trusted list?

    If the problem persists, please do let us know. So we can investigate further.
